How do I login to Novera website?
When your browser is displaying the Novera web site, the pages have a Login tab at the very top of the page, located to the righ-hand side of the screen.  Click on this tab and it will drop down, allowing you to enter your username and password.  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the question mark icon to the right of the login button, and an email will be sent with a login token.

Documentation is provided under the Download section of the Customer Support Centre.

How do you do demos? What is a live demo?

Novera uses a facility called GotoMeeting for our live, web-based demonstrations.  GotoMeeting allows the demonstrator to share their screen with their audience.  An audio link is also provided so that the audience can hear the demonstrator and ask questions as required.

In a live demo, a person from Novera runs the software on their PC and makes it visible to viewers using GotoMeeting.

In some ciscumstances, Novera will provide face-to-face demonstrations.

What payment methods do you accept?
At present, Novera accepts payment by Direct Debit and cheque.  We will soon be adding a secure Credit Card payment facility.

Where is Novera's Data Centre?
Novera's Data Centre is based in Sydney.  The Data Centre is top class with access to high-speed Internet connectivity.  All data is backed up as part of our regular operations processes.  The site has a fall-back facility that can be used in a disaster situation.

Can Novera's On-Premise solutions be integrated with my systems?

Both Meeting Room Manager and BizForms can be integrated with your existing systems.

Novera provides Professional Services to meet your exact requirements.  After agreeing on the scope of work to be done, Novera can provide a fixed-price quote to implement the required integration.

BizForms On-Premise includes the Connection Agent.  This facility allows you to connect to most popular databases and web services.  Once again, Novera can provide Professional Services to assist you with your requirements.

Can I upgrade my old version of MRM?

Yes you can, and we can provide you with a few different upgrade options depending on your requirements.  If you have a current Maintenance & Support agreement for MRM, then you are entitled to receive free upgrade software.  If you are a few releases behind, Novera can provide a cost-effective, fixed priced service to migrate your current settings and information to the upgraded version.

You can also take this opportunity to cross-grade to our On-Demand service.  This means that you will never have to worry about upgrades again as they are performed by Novera as part of the service.

Do you provide discounts on your On-Demand solutions?
Our On-Demand services are payable yearly, in advance.  We can provide some incentives for paying in advance for 2 or 3 years.  Please use our Web Enquiry Form to enter your specific requirements.

What does SaaS mean?

It stands for "Software as a Service".  Essentially it means you use the software over an Internet connection.  It provides a lot of advantages such as:

  • the software is maintained by the provider - this includes all supporting software
  • the hardware is maintained by the provider - this includes upgrades and replacements
  • Disaster Recovery is normally provided
  • you can access the service from any supported device using an Internet connection
